Originally licensed in 1979, Jim McKillop has been active in real estate for over 40 years.
Throughout those years, he’s gained a depth of understanding many types of real estate. Particularly, Jim has substantial experience in residential, commercial, leasing, resort recreational and investment sales. Jim also has extensive experience in First Nations leasing and resolving Residential Tenancy Act situations.
Jim has lived in Kamloops, Vernon, Saanich Peninsula, and most recently, Summerland. In each location, he has gained an appreciation, understanding, and insight into the real estate market.
Jim worked with RE/MAX for over 32 years and has achieved several achievement awards. Through his hard work and dedication, he continually strives to do the very best for his clients.
He and his wife, Patricia, have 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Jim loves to create memories with his family. Jim enjoys nature photography, loves to read, is a published author and is often seen in the company of his sidekick “Milo”.
