Meet Chad Wozniak

Chad Wozniak is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry. Chad lives in the Okanagan Valley and has family roots going back to 1945.

Chad`s career experience is expansive, including luxury properties, residential, strata, commercial, agricultural, and multi-family investment properties.

As a former business owner and a labour negotiator for a multinational corporation, Chad`s insight and skills have served his clients well.

He prides himself on continually upgrading his knowledge of the industry. Chad is known as a consistent top producer and has been acknowledged multiple times for real estate industry performance awards and has been ranked in the top 1% of realtors in Canada.

For leisure activities, Chad enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, travel and classic cars.
