Chad moved to Penticton 27 years ago and instantly fell in love with the valley—the lakes, the mountains, and the incredible ski terrain right at our doorstep. His first local role was as a manager at Apex Mountain Resort, where he quickly discovered my passion for recreational real estate and for helping people experience the remarkable lifestyle that Penticton and Apex make possible.
That passion led him into a nine‑year career in real estate, during which he had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients find their ideal Okanagan home. Whether it was first‑time buyers building their future, investors expanding their portfolios, or families looking to downsize and embrace more freedom, he loved being part of each new chapter.
After nine rewarding years, he stepped away to raise his family at our local ski resort. During that time, he built and sold several successful businesses and enjoyed a vibrant, community‑focused life in the mountains.
Now that his children are grown, he’s returned to his home in Penticton—and to the work he loves most.
