Brandon Leahy

Born and raised in Fort St. John, BC, I spent the first 24 years of my life immersed in small-town values and team sports, growing up on the ice and baseball diamond. After graduating in 2004, I built a career in the trades, earning my Red Seal and later my Master Electrician designation, working in both the oil field and mining industry.

My journey took me from the oil fields of West Texas to Fort McMurray, Ontario, the Yukon, Saskatchewan, and beyond. Eventually, I pivoted into the renewable energy sector, playing a key role in designing, installing, and commissioning of solar energy utilization projects, some of these were of the largest projects in Western Canada at the time.

In 2020, as I prepared to welcome my son into the world, I made the decision to transition into real estate, driven by a desire to stay closer to home and pursue a long-standing passion and natural ability to connect with people and help them navigate critical decisions with confidence.

I was honoured to receive the Rookie of the Year award at the Okanagan’s largest brokerage in my first year and quickly built a strong track record of results and client satisfaction ranking in the top 5% of all realtors in just my second year. Each year, I knock on over 2,000 doors throughout Lakeview Heights and the Central Okanagan—staying connected to the community and deeply tuned in to the needs of local homeowners.

Outside of real estate, I’m an avid traveler who’s visited more than 20 countries across five continents. I’m currently teaching myself Spanish and guitar, and you’ll often find me running the trails of Kalamoir Park, golfing, boating, or enjoying quality time with my wife and young son.

I’m truly grateful to call the Okanagan Valley home—and it’s a privilege to help others do the same in this incredible place we live.
