Laurel Braun moved to Kelowna in 2017 with her husband and two dogs from southern Alberta. She is now proud to call Kelowna her home.
She was born in Saskatchewan and spent the first 10 years of her life watching her dad work in civil engineering and seeing home building in action through him and his dad. Her family moved to Alberta when she was 11, and then eventually made the move to Kelowna to attend UBC to finish her studies and to get a taste of the Okanagan lifestyle.
After working in the fitness industry for 2 years, she decided that she needed a new challenge and chose to pursue another passion – working in real estate.
Laurel has always loved real estate, home building and interior design, with her father being a developer and her grandpa a home builder, real estate runs in the family! Through her childhood she watched as home renovations were completed and new homes were built, and this has led her to see potential everywhere. No matter the space you are working with or the appearance of a home, Laurel can see what it could be.
In her free time she enjoys spending time in her large vegetable garden, canning, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their two Chihuahuas.
Laurel is always willing to help – whether it’s real estate related, gardening knowledge, or helping you decide what to make for dinner, she’ll be there to assist.
